Many times a simple cleaning and perhaps the replacement of a few boards or a post can make your fence or gate ready for a new life. Our process will take your fences from “an eyesore”, never before treated, black-aged by the sun, stained white in sections-from the sprinklers and renew it for quite a bit less than erecting a new fence (which must be treated so this problem does not re-occur)

Before we begin our standard process we replace any wood rotted by termites or natural processes.

Our process involves spraying-soaking for 15 minutes and hand-scrubbing, then spot reapplication and further scrubbing of your fence with a brightener/conditioner (does not effect shrubbery, nor plants) with mold protection. Then the fence is hi-pressure (2600 psi) washed.  This is a slow process-holding the equipment inches from the fence and moving so precisely. After drying (usually 1 day in the sun) the fence is brushed clean to remove any splattered dirt.  The fence is then treated (sprayed and brushed) with a siliconized stain which is guaranteed for up to 6 years on fences by our manufacturer,their opaque products are guaranteed for 12 yrs, but you will see no wood grain. Not only is your fence sealed from the elements, but this sealed surface also keeps out termites. This “natural clear” is our preferred product, it shows the wood’s grain and is on the fences in my flyers. This is a somewhat expensive, yet unique wood sealer and finish that is silicone enhanced (water beads up and falls off the fence), that is an oil formula (penetrates the wood and lasts), that provides UV protection and even has a mildewcide. This is a slow process-it needs to be precise to last!  The result-fences and decks that as many customers say-”it looks even better than brand new!”  Brian tells me that one fence he did was nineteen years old and now looks like new..
